"My indoctrination into the Rey Feo program occurred many years ago when my uncle was crowned Rey Feo XLI.  To be exact that was 19 years ago.  It was then that I first realized that I wanted to be part of this dedicated group of individuals -- to make a difference in San Antonio education.  Since that time I've joined several Rey Feos to impact education," reminiscences Charlie Garza. "This will be the greatest challenge I have undertaken and it will provide the greatest reward for many."
